• One of the basic reasons behind to this error is the name of the company file is too long or it has unwanted blank spaces in between.

• Or QuickBooks program installed on the system is not compatible with the currently installed Operating System.

• Another possible trigger is the initialization file named QBWUSER.INI is facing corruption.

• The company file has been corrupted.

Steps for solving QuickBooks Desktop won’t open Error

Step 1: Try suppressing QuickBooks

• Firstly, the user needs to press the Ctrl key on the keyboard and keep holding it. Now, open QuickBooks.

• Heading forward, the “No Company Open” window will appear on the screen.

• Once done with that you can now leave the Ctrl key.

• Now hit a click on the opt to open the company file.

Step 2: Use Quick Fix my Program feature in QB Tool Hub

· Under this process, you need to first download the QuickBooks Tool Hub program directly from Intuit.

· After that, install and run the tool.

· Once done with that, hit a click on Installation Issues tab and choose Quick Fix My Program.
